HR & People Manager (m/f/d)

Your role
The company is in a rapid growth phase: we are managing growth in the number of new joiners while simultaneously laying the foundation for a mature organization with scalable tools and structures. To support this process we are looking for an HR & People Manager (m/f/d) that can support our team (50 employees and growing) with all of their operational HR needs, while also building our HR structure. You are reporting and working closely together with the founders and senior management.
Responsibilities:
# Design and deliver a comprehensive people strategy that is fully integrated with the overall business strategy
# Implement an on-boarding process for new team members
# Drive international recruitment and employer branding activities. Steadily looking for new and creative ways to find and attract suitable candidates
# Help team members to grow: provide training and people development, performance appraisal and a constant support
# Advise the senior management team on HR best practices and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Your profile
For this exciting role we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative thinking self-starter. If you also bring along the qualifications below, we would love to get in touch:
# Degree in Human Resources or otherwise relevant field
# A minimum of 5 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities (preferably in an international, tech or high-growth environment)
# Experience in setting up and rolling out HR structures, tools and initiatives
# Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
# Open, communicative personality with a positive attitude
# Detail-oriented, organized and able to set and meet deadlines
# A real team player
