Recognizing market needs and meeting customer requirements are top priorities at JobLeads. Our product managers are constantly focused on how they can improve our products and services for the benefit of our customers. They support the entire process: from the initial requirements analysis to the product idea, conception, implementation and quality assurance, right through to the final results assessment.
Working closely with product management, our development teams incorporate new market requirements into our products. Even though time can sometimes be against us, we give software quality and reusability top priority. This is also one of the reasons why code reviews, pair programming, unit tests and agile project planning with Scrum are firmly anchored in our processes. Not forgetting our quality management team of course, always making sure that we meet our quality standards.
The well-known economist Peter Drucker once said: “If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.” Having your own opinion is important, but it is equally important to constantly verify it and make decisions on the basis of verifiable facts. Our Business Intelligence department is the basis for this and thus provides the foundation for product improvements, optimization of our marketing measures and analysis of the current job market.
JobLeads currently has access to more than one million positions in the upscale job market with positions paying EUR 50,000 and upward. Senior professionals can thus save valuable time that they would otherwise have to invest searching various company websites and job platforms. In order to meet our customers’ requirements, an expert job team at JobLeads is constantly analyzing the upscale job market, identifying relevant positions and making them accessible to our customers.

The foundation for this is a super sales and partner management team that is responsible for providing our customers with support in the B2B area and is continuously looking for new partners.
Our customer service department is the interface to our users and is responsible for answering all questions about our products and services over the long term. It also allows our customers to voice concerns and suggestions, helping us to recognize product requirements and incorporate them into our product planning.
